It has been refined based on the badminton shoes that existed in 1960s. The unique design of the toe is often seen in many court shoes at that time. Each model has been intepreted and newly introduced.
As before, the narrow last that curves inward toward the toe, which often seen in the old canvas shoes, is used, and we pursued to create the design with the new pattern with curves while keeping the original shape.
We took a look at the stitching once again to see what is necessary and adopeted the single stitch, so that the beauty of the canvas shoes that SOLS holds has can be shown.
For the outsole , the specially blended gumsole with wave-siping is used. While keeping the concept of deck shoes, the new design of SOLS was made.
